Wednesdays 9-10am - Semi-private Outdoor Yoga on my back patio!
This is a breath and alignment based, gentle flow class which may very well lead to your body and nervous system feeling very well tended. Offered on my back patio here in Fairfax. Attendance is limited to 8 folks, so please email me via the 'Contact' page by Tuesday morning the week of the class you'd like to attend in order to see if there is still space. $25 cash, check or via www.paypal.me/verogeretz.
Wednesdays 10:30-11:30am - Outdoor & In-Person Mom & Baby Yoga
*Women+ Only* We’ll get our mama bodies tended to through a sequence oriented around core and pelvic floor rehabilitation, neck & upper back relief and some heat building postures. Class happens on a back patio in Fairfax, weather permitting.
New motherhood can be a beautiful journey. It can also be isolating, complicated, intense and emotional. We invite you to join a group of new mamas who connect with their own bodies, babies, and experiences through weekly yoga and regular discussions, and who support one another as they commit to their own wellness and growth.
You can drop-in for $25 a class or commit to a month of a 'New Mama Pod' membership. Find out more and register through The Yoga Mama Co-op while space lasts!
Wednesdays 4-5pm - Town of Fairfax Yoga under the Redwoods
Join your Fairfax community members for an inspiring practice in the Peri Park Redwood Grove - Green Stage. The class will be geared toward yoga students with a Beginner to Intermediate yoga practice. Please bring your own yoga mat and anything else you may need to be comfortable (water, layers, a blanket to cover up with at the end of our practice, etc.).
This is a donation based class. Donations (cash only, please) will be split between the Town of Fairfax & SURJ Marin*.
